1 x egg
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 tbl dough enhancer slightly
heaped
3 tbl vital gluten
5 cup freshly ground whole wheat
flour (3 1/2 c. berries)
1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions:
Instructions: Put all ingredients into bread maker pan and set on quick wheat cycle

Yield: 1 2 lb loaf
