2 tbl yeast
2 cup warm water
1/2 cup honey
3 cup flour white or whole wheat
1/2 cup cooked berries, cooled
1 tbl salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Dissolve yeast in water, add honey and 1 cup whole wheat flour. Let sit 10 minutes. Add rest of whole wheat flour, cooked berries and salt. Add rest of AP flour until dough is shaggy mass. Knead until sticky ball. Place in greased bowl, cover with saran or damp towel and let rise till doubled 1.5 - 3 hours.

Punch down, knead another 7 minutes and roll on counter. Divide into two and place pieces in greased pans. Cover and let rise till past top of pans - about 30 minutes. Spray with water. Bake 40 minutes in 375 preheated oven. Thermometer should read 190 inside loaf.
