	The Bread Machine Gourmet
2/3 cup	Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup	Popcorn Flour
1/4 cup	Gluten Flour
1/2 tbl	Dry Milk
1/2 tsp	Sea Salt
1/4 cup	Water
3 tbl	Soy Margarine
1/2 tbl	Molasses
1 tbl	Honey

Instructions:

Instructions: Put ingred. in pan according to mfr. directions. Program for whole wheat mode if your machine has the capability. Invert bread on wire rack after baking cycle is finished. Allow to cool completely.
