Instructions: Cut unheated wieners into 1/2-inch pieces. Combine with sauerkraut, radishes, and green pepper in large bowl. Cover; let sit 1 hour. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise in small bowl. Toss with sauerkraut; refrigerate before serving. Serve on lettuce leaves.
