Instructions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In large bowl, whisk together condensed milk, tequila, lime juice, orange juice and egg yolks until just combined well. In another large bowl, beat egg whites and sugar, with an electric mixer, until they hold soft peaks. Stir one fourth of the meringue into the condensed milk mixture to lighten and then fold in the remaining meringue, gently but thoroughly. Spoon filling into crust. Bake until edges of filling are puffed but not browned and center seems almost set when gently shaken, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool pie completely on a rack. Chill, loosely covered, until cold, about 2 hours or up to 1 day.
