2 whl wild duck breasts cut in half, skin removed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 sm oranges peeled, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 med apple cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 med onion cut into eighths
Instructions:
Instructions: Sprinkle duck with salt and pepper. Layer duck, oranges, apple and onion in 3 1/2- to 6-quart slow cooker. Pour juice concentrate over top. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or until duck is tender.

Remove duck from cooker, discarding fruit and onion mixture. Most people dont care for the wild flavor that gets into the fruit and onion from the duck.
