Instructions: Combine the oil, wine, onions, parsley, salt and pepper. Marinate the duck breast in this mixture. Drain and wipe the pieces dry with a paper towel.
Saute the breasts gently in butter until tender, 20 to 30 minutes. Arrange breasts on a hot platter. Pour hot orange sauce over breasts, garnish with orange slices and sprigs of lemon verbena. Email this Recipe:
