Instructions: In saucepan over medium-high heat cook mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In an 8- by 12-inch foil pan combine cooked mushrooms, water, wine, brown rice, wild rice, onion, yellow pepper, tomatoes, salt, and pepper; add cumin, if desired. Cover with foil; seal tightly. Place pan in center of cooking grate. Grill 1 hour or until rice is tender, stirring once halfway through cooking time (reseal tightly after stirring). This recipe yields 4 servings.
