Instructions: In medium saucepan, bring rice and broth to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cover; cook one hour. Turn off heat and let stand until remaining broth is absorbed, about 30 minutes.
Heat olive oil in skillet. Add onion, celery and red pepper; saute until softened, five minutes. Add hot rice to skillet with herbs, Rangpur Lime Syrup, and candied peel; stir together and heat through. Sprinkle with almonds. Email this Recipe:
