Instructions: First, boil the water. Add Wild Rice and chicken bouillon. Simmer for about 50 minutes until rice is tender.
While its simmering, saute bacon, onion diced, mushrooms, and celery; saute until the mixture softens. Add the onion mix to the cooked rice along with apple, walnuts, breadcrumbs and herbs. This recipe makes enough stuffing for a 10-14 lb. turkey. Email this Recipe:
