Instructions: Combine rice, tuna, onion, and celery in a bowl with enough mayonnaise to hold ingredients loosely together. Season to taste and chill. Prepare tomatoes by turning stme end down, cut down, but not quite through, making a total of 6 wedges. Spoon stuffing into tomatoes. Garnish and serve.
