Drain and let cool. Cook lentils in salted simmering water for 10 minutes. Drain and let cool. In a small bowl whisk all dressing ingredients together until smooth. In a large bowl combine wild rice lentils and all remaining ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning. Email this Recipe:
