Instructions: Light grill. Pat ground turkey into 6 thin patties on waxed paper. Top 1 patty with vegetables and a cheese slice, staying 1/2 inch inside edge of patty. Spread BBQ sauce to within 1/2 inch of edge of second patty. Place on top of first patty. Seal around edges by pressing together. Grill until meat is no longer pink in the center, 165 F with meat thermometer, turning once. Cover or wrap in foil if patties become too brown on outside. Serve with more BBQ sauce on large bun.
