Instructions: Mix together the first six ingredients then add the salt, cream of tartar and flour. Roll a teaspoon of dough into a ball, then in sugar and place on a lightly greased shinny cookie sheet and press down with a glass. Bake at 375 for 10 to 12 minutes. NOTES
These are the best cookies I have ever tasted, but I have never been able to do them as good as she did.
