Instructions: Combine spinach, pepper, tomatoes, radishes and 2 cups sliced mushrooms in large bowl.
Heat oil in nonstick skillet on medium-high until hot. Add remaining 3 cups mushrooms. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden. Stir in dressing and green onions. Pour over spinach mixture; toss gently. Serve immediately. Email this Recipe:
