Instructions: Step 1: Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Keep warm.
Step 2: Meanwhile, in a large skillet melt butter; add zucchini and garlic. Cook and stir until zucchini is crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Remove from skillet. Step 3: Add whipping cream and lemon pepper seasoning to skillet; bring to boiling. Reduce heat and boil gently for 3 to 5 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly. Step 4: Set aside about 1/2 cup of the smoked salmon. Stir remaining salmon into sauce. Step 5: Remove sauce from heat; add warm pasta, zucchini, and the Parmesan (if using).
