Instructions: Place a metal mold into refrigerator to chill. Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water and let stand until softened.
In saucepan, bring fruit juice to boil. Remove from heat add dissolved gelatin, sugar to taste and salt. Let cool. Stir in wine and lemon juice. Pour into chilled mold. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until set. Unmold and serve chilled, decorated with fresh fruit, if desired. Email this Recipe:
