Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup olive oil
8 x garlic cloves, minced
3 x lemon slices
1 tbl minced, fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried
1 tbl minced, fresh basil, or 1 teaspoon dried
1 tsp salt or to taste
1 x bay leaf (optional)
Instructions:
Instructions: In wide, shallow bowl, combine all ingredients. Add 3 to 4 pounds chicken to marinade; cover and refrigerate 1 hour or longer, turning occasionally. Grill poultry and use marinade for basting.
