1 x recipe Ultralight Pastry Dough
1 x egg whites
Instructions:
Instructions: Make Ultralight Pastry Dough through the second rise.

Mix the egg white & milk in a small bowl. Set aside.

Round Dinner Rolls:
With floured hands, grab pieces of dough a little larger than golf balls.

Roll into 24 balls. Place about 3 inches apart on non stick cookie sheets thats been lightly coated with vegetable oil cooking spray. Brush the tops with the egg wash.

For Crescent Rolls:
Sprinkle flour on a work surface. Place the dough on top & sprinkle with enough flour to keep it from sticking to your rolling pin.Roll the dough out flat into a rectangular shape about 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 24 triangles, each about 6 inches long by 4 inches wide at the base. Starting at the base end, roll up. Place about 4 inches apart on nonstick cookie sheets thats been lightly coated with vegetable oil cooking spray. Bend ends in to make a crescent shape or further so ends touch each other.

Brush tops with egg wash.

Preheat oven to 375F.

Let rolls rise for 20 minutes. Bake for 15 minutes until the tops are golden.

Note:
After the rolls are formed & brushed with egg wash, they can be frozen & baked any time. No need for thawing, just place them on a cookie sheet prepared as above & bake for 20 minutes or until tops are golden.

Makes 12 servings of 2 rolls each.
