Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 tbl Butter or margarine
1 lrg Onion, chopped
2 x Cloves garlic, crushed
1 lb Broccoli, roughly chopped
2 tbl Soya sauce
1/2 pt Marigold Vegetable Bouillon
Seasoning
2 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Melt the butter in a pan, add the onion and garlic and saute until transparent.

2. Add the broccoli, soya sauce, stock and seasoning and simmer for 45 minutes.

3. Allow to cool a little before liquidising until smooth. Return to the pan, stir in the cinnamon and reheat gently, then serve.
