3 tbl	Lemon Juice
2 tbl	Olive Oil
1 tbl	Chopped Drained Capers
1/2 tsp	Dried Oregano
	----------------- SALAD ----------------
6 cup	Mixed Winter Greens
1/2 cup	Pomegranate Cells
3 tbl	Chopped Olives

Instructions:

Instructions: Vinaigrette: Combine all ingredients in a jar; cover and shake vigorously.

Salad: Toss greens, pomegranate cells, olives and vinaigrette in a large bowl. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
