Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1 bn	Spinach -- roughly chopped
1/3 cup	Dried sour cherries
3 x	Scallions -- thinly sliced
1 x	Green apple -- cored and
	Sliced
1/2 cup	Seedless red grapes --
	Halved
1/4 cup	Walnuts -- coarsely chopped
2 tsp	Apple cider vinegar
2 tbl	Olive oil
	Salt and freshly ground
	Pepper

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine spinach, cherries, scallions, apple slices, grapes and walnute.

Whisk together vinegar and olive oil; seasion to taste with salt and pepper.

Pour vinaigrette over salad; toss in cheese and arrange on salad plates.
