Ingredients:

5 cup Golden Garlic Broth * see note
(or use a vegetable broth)
1 cup Diced yellow onion
3/4 cup Sliced celery
1/2 tsp Dried sage
4 cup Steamed and mashed winter squash
(butternut or turban)
1 tsp Ground coriander
1/2 tsp Ground cumin
1/2 tbl Honey
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix broth, onion, celery, and sage in a 3-quart soup pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients except garnish, remove from heat, and let cool slightly. One third at a time, puree stock mixture in a blender until smooth.

Return puree to soup pot and reheat. Serve hot, garnished.

This recipe serves 8.
