Instructions: Mix butter, sugar & eggs. Stir in cream & vanilla. Stir dry ingredients; blend in. Tint dough with food coloring. Chill dough 4-5 hours. Heat oven to 400. Roll dough a little at a time 1/8" thick on well floured cloth covered board. Keep remaining chilled. Cut out cookies. Place on ungreased sheet. Bake 6-8 minutes. Let stand a minute before removing from sheet.
