Amount Ingredient
1/2 bn green onions
1/2 pt sour cream
1/2 oz mayonnaise (small jar)
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup artichoke hearts chopped
1 x clove fresh garlic minced
1/2 tsp celery salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Mince white and green parts of green onion. Combine all ingredients and mix well w/wire whip until thoroughly combined. Heat in double boiler on stove top until 140 degrees or hot to the touch. Do not boil.

Alternately, heat in microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes until hot, stopping at 30 second intervals and stirring in between.

Serve with French baguettes, cut into about 1 1/2" chunks.
