Instructions: Mix sweet potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, granulated sugar, eggs & vanilla together & pour into buttered casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
