Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine dry ingredients. Stir in yeast and cold |

water. Cover and refrigerate over night or several hours. Combine and add: |

turbinado or brown sugar |
| 2 tbl |
melted butter or margarine |
| 1/2 tsp |
baking soda |

Instructions: Let stand 30 minutes, then bake on a lightly greased griddle.
