Instructions: I hate zucchini, as does my little sister. When we were growing up, my mom had a garden, and I bet you can figure out the rest (we all have zucchini horror stories). Anyway, in order to fool us, she used to cut rounds of zucchini and yellow squash, dip them in egg whites (or milk) and then flour and seasonings, and fry them. You could also do this in a "pammed" pan. My sister and I DEVOURED these things, because we had no idea that some of it was that "yucky green squash." (she did the yellow squash that way as well because we actually liked that, so shed just tell us that is what it all was. Sneaky, eh? =-) )
