1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can drained tuna fish
1 lb extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
3 x hard boiled eggs, shell & dice
1 can green beans, drained
Instructions:
Instructions: In skillet, put one can cream of mushroom soup and milk. Stir and heat to boil, reduce heat and add tuna fish, green beans, and cheese. Lightly stir until cheese is melted. Lightly fold in eggs. Remove from heat.

Serve over toast, biscuits, rice or prepared egg noodles. We like biscuits.

Note: Ground beef can be substituted for tuna. Brown beef and drain, then do as usual. Can also use left- over beef or chicken, cubed or cut up.
