200 gm thick low fat natural yoghurt
2 clv garlic crushed
6 x mint leaves finely chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Beat the yoghurt and garlic together in a bowl.

Mix in the mint cover and refrigerate.

Serve lightly chilled garnished with a little paprika if you wish.

As it can be made easily and speedily this sauce from Turkey is a good standby. It can be served not only with vegetables and pulses but also with meat dishes and it always adds one more appetizing aspect to the meat
