1. Drain cottage cheese and yogurt overnight. Use a cotton cloth to drain yogurt, and cheesecloth for cottage cheese. 2. Remove yogurt and cottage cheese from cloth and add chives and caraway seed. Add salt and pepper if desired. 3. Form into patties and place on lightly oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 275 F until patties are dry and firm.
