Instructions: Hi, I make yoghurt cheese once or twice a week - I use it as a spread on toast or bagels. It is excellent in the summer on toasted raisin bread with fresh fruit. I sprinkle a bit of granulated maple sugar over it in the winter.
If you cant find a yoghurt strainer, I use a plastic coffee filter cone and coffee filters for straining it. Works great! Email this Recipe:
