1 tbl low-sodium baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1 cup fat-free milk
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 425*. Sift together the dry ingredients in a bowl. Stir in the yogurt and fat-free milk. Drop the batter into well greased muffin tins, filling them 1/3 full. The batter will be very soft. Bake for about 10 min. The batter can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until needed.
