Instructions: Mix fruit with yogurt. Add pudding and stir again. Thats it. Youre done. It took you about 65 seconds to do this. It makes about four servings. The thing I like about it is that it is fat free, has calcium, fiber, protein, and acidophilus, and the sugar content is controllable as well. Im sorry I dont know the exact nutrients, but I can try to find out. If you want it less sweet, do one plain yogurt and one flavored yogurt. If you need to avoid sugar, you can make the whole thing with nutrasweet and the fructose in the fruit.
When I made this I used white chocolate pudding, vanilla yogurt, and a lightly drained can of crushed pineapple. It tasted almost exactly like ambrosia. Next time Ill use 1/2 can pineapple, 1 can mandarin oranges, and a little coconut extract or shredded coconut. (or chocolate pudding, chocolate or vanilla yogurt, and fresh raspberries, or... you get the idea). Email this Recipe:
