Instructions: I took
a carton of plain non-fat yogurt and let in drain in a coffee filter/strainer in the frige for 2 days (overnight would probably do). From there I chopped red and green pepper, added that and then the following spices to taste: garlic powder, dill, chives, salt & pepper. This is especially good if it gets to marinate overnight.
