Recipe for Yogurt Whole Wheat Bread

1 cup	Nonfat Yogurt Plain, (3/4 C)
1/2 cup	Water (1/4 C)
1/2 tbl	Vegetable Oil (1 T)
2 tbl	Maple Syrup (1 1/2 T)
1/2 cup	Whole-Wheat Flour (1 1/8 C)
1/4 cup	Bread Flour (1 2/3 C)
2 tbl	Wheat Germ (1 1/2 T)
1 tsp	Salt (1 T)

This bread is not quite as sweet as the typical whole wheat bread with honey.

You can definitely taste the yogurt and the maple syrup. It has a nice flavor and is one of my favorites.
