2 pkt	(10.5 oz.) of lowfat silken Tofu
1/2 cup	Plain nonfat yogurt or nonfat sour cream
2 pkt	Dry salad dressing mix ( I used no fat ranch)
1 tbl	Lemon juice
1 dsh	Pepper
1/4 tsp	Salt
1 tsp	Dijon mustard

Instructions: Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Also does anyone have a book with the cooking times for a pressure cooker. I lost mine and someone told me it was a fast way to cook beans.?
