Instructions: Place the sifted flour salt and egg in the bowl and beat on speed 3 slowly adding the milk until smooth.

Use 250ml milk.

Heat 10z/25g dripping in a shallow ovenproof dish until very hot.

Pour in the pudding batter and bake in a hot oven approximately 30 minutes.
