Instructions: Dissolve gelatin with hot water. Add orange juice and pineapple juice to equal 1 cup. Pour into a 9 by 13-inch baking dish. Chill until firm. Mix mandarin oranges, pineapple tidbits and pie filling. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on top of gelatin. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Makes 12 to 17 servings.
