Instructions: Mix first 3 ingredients. Pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Cream next 3 ingredients. Spread over bottom layer. Next combine pudding and milk. Pour over top. Top with more Cool Whip and nuts. Refrigerate.
