Cut butter into dry ingredients and press into a 10 inch pie pan. Press into the pan evenly but with a thicker edge. Put plums in crust Bake 15 minute at 400 Beat 1 cut heavy cream & 2 eggs. Pour over plums and bake 1/2 hour more until set. Let cool at room temp. before cutting You can substitute sour cream or yogurt for the heavy cream. ROBIN WEXLER
