Instructions: Combine dry ingredients, add eggs, oil, applesauce and vanilla and mix well. Pour into a greased and floured bunt pan and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

Icing

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 cups confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cream cheese and vanilla together in a bowl, slowly add sugar mixing with a hand mixer constantly until smooth.
