Amount Ingredient
1 can Tomato Soup (plus can of water)
1/2 x onion, chopped and sauteed
2 clv garlic, chopped and sauteed
1/2 tsp olive oil
2 x ribs of celery chopped
1/2 x 1c. shredded cheddar cheese
Bisquick
milk
Saute chopped onion and garlic in olive oil then
Instructions:
Instructions: Empty Tomato Soup and 1 can of water into dutch oven

(or other lidded large pan, needs lots of surface area For the dumplings; extra depth not usually required).

Heat to boiling on medium heat.

While soup is warming, place Bisquick mix in medium-large mixing bowl and add onion, garlic, celery and cheese. Mix to coat cheese and veggies.

Add milk and stir together... itll be crumbly at first, but you probably wont need extra milk. (Check dumpling recipe on side of Bisquick box for amounts of mix and milk.)

When soup comes to a boil, spoon dumplings into soup and cook per box directions. You may need to lower the heat to med-low to it doesnt stick or burn.
