Instructions: Put egg yolks and sugar in a heatproof bowl and whisk until well combined. Add Marsala and white wine and beat well.
Place bowl over a pot of simmering water and whisk vigourously for 5 minutes until mixture has a thick, foamy consistency. Serve in glass dishes with sponge finger biscuits as an accompaniment or pour over strawberries, plums etc. Email this Recipe:
