2 lb	fatty ground beef

1/4 x	garlic head chopped fine
1/2 tsp	cayenne pepper
4 tsp	paprika
3 x	bay leaves crumbled
5 tsp	salt
5 tsp	freshly-ground black pepper
3 tsp	parsley flakes
5 tsp	chili powder

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients together blending seasonings and spices throughout meats. Add water to moisten sausage to tender consistency.

Form into patties. Grill or fry in a pan until cooked through. Leftover patties freeze very well.
