Instructions: Combine crackers with butter and press on bottom of a 9x13" baking pan, reserving 1/4 cup for topping. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gradually add sugar, salt, and vanilla. Spread egg white mixture over cracker crumbs and bake in 325 degree oven 10 to 15 minutes; Cool. Spread pie filling over top. Beat whipping cream until stiff and add powdered sugar. Spread over top of pie filling and refrigerate. Cut into squares to serve.
