Instructions: Mix beef with stir-fry sauce and cornstarch; set aside. Heat 1 Tbsp. of oil in wok over medium heat. Add broccoli and stir constantly for about 30 seconds.
Add water to pan and cover, stirring occasionally until broccoli turns a darker green, about 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from pan and spread on platter. Heat remaining 2 Tbsp. oil in same pan. Stir in beef mixture and stir until almost done. May add 1-2 Tbsp. water if needed. Return broccoli to pan and continue stirring for 1 minute more. Serve hot. Good with rice. Email this Recipe:
