Amount	Ingredient
1/4 cup	Dijon mustard
2 tsp	chopped fresh oregano leaves
	(or 1/2 tspn dried oregano)
6 x	fully-cooked mild Italian sausages (abt 1 lb)
6 x	bratwurst buns split
	----------------- TWO-TOMATO RELISH ----------------
2 med	tomatoes finely chopped
2 med	yellow pear tomatoes or tomatillos finely chopped
1 tbl	red wine vinegar
1 tsp	chopped fresh oregano leaves

Instructions:

Instructions: Make Two-Tomato Relish. Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Mix mustard and oregano; set aside. Heat sausages in skillet as directed on package for pan heating.

Spread mustard mixture on cut-sides of buns. Serve sausages on buns with relish.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
