3 cup	bread flour
1/2 tbl	dry milk
3 tbl	sugar
1 tsp	salt
3 tbl	butter
1/2 tbl	grated fresh orange zest
1 tsp	cinnamon
1/2 tsp	orange extract
1/2 cup	pecan bits

Instructions:

Instructions: Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machines manufacturer. Process on the appropriate cycle.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Comments: Remember to put spices with the liquids away from the yeast. Spices kill part of the yeast power so put yeast on top of flour.

Yield: 1 loaf
