1 tbl	Finely-chopped chives
1 x	Garlic clove finely chopped

Instructions:

Instructions: In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve chilled.

This recipe yields 1 3/4 cups.
